Fall 2004 "Volvos in Osoyoos" - September 10-12, 2004
Join us in the resort town of Osoyoos, in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, for 3 days of fun. The Okanagan is renowned for its lakes, orchards, wineries and sunny weather. We are planning an informal and largely social event where we can meet with our Volvo friends as well as drive and show our cars. Getting there can be half the fun, for the roads to the Okanagan are beautiful in all directions.

There will be a $20 per adult, registration fee for this event to cover organization, awards, door prizes and dash plaques etc. Costs for food and activities will be on a pay-as-you-go basis. Payment: Make cheque or money order payable to Volvo Club of BC and mail to the address at the top of the page.

Planned Activities

Friday: Bus tour of local wineries, followed by an informal reception at the hotel.
Saturday: A hosted driving tour of the scenic south Okanagan Valley (Canadian and American side) in the morning followed by an afternoon car show at an interesting location. There will be no formal judging of cars, but there will be awards for people's choice, long distance etc. and probably dash plaques.
Saturday Night: We will have a banquet at the Osoyoos Golf and Country Club.
Sunday: Farewell Breakfast.
